Delivering a small boat harbour in and around Gas House Creek is integral to the successful delivery of the marine works for the development. This will retain the sailing club on its existing site, provide replacement and new moorings and facilities for the public and those with fishing interests. The Train Ferry Gantry will be integral to the historic setting and amenity of the area with public car parking and the opportunity to enjoy the views of the activities in the harbour.
